I can remember one day at Fireball, long ago, when he was a "side commander" and stood waffling for 10 minutes about how our team would achieve victory under his awesome leadership. As we moved out, Stu and I went off in another direction. Demoncase said "Where do you think you're going?", to which I replied "To achieve our mission and not get led to our deaths by a cot death like you, so f**k off". Guess what happened? Stu and I were the sole survivors on our team and we achieved the objective without firing a shot, whilst demoncase and the rest were getting slaughtered! He didn't bother us again after that for some reason.

Yes, he was never an intelligent commander. He commanded at one of my WW2 days and ended up putting in constant frontal assaults on that bloody corner fence for the entire day. When I asked him about his objectives he said he hadn't been given any, despite being handed a folder of objectives in the morning. When I mentioned this to him he said he hadn't read it and that I hadn't given him any orders.
